DELIVERY

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirming despatch.

We try to get your goods to you as soon as possible. Delivery is normally between 2–5 days from your purchase to arriving with you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase, so if you have any issues with size, fit, or simply wish to return an item, you are welcome to do so.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all original tags still attached. Items must be clean and undamaged in order for a return or exchange to be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and we are not responsible for any lost returns.

For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged or broken.

All other items can be exchanged or returned provided they meet the conditions above.

As a small business our stock levels are limited, so exchanges may not always be possible, but I will always do my best to help.
